Jimu Idler Frame, Roller Frame

Jimu Idler Frame, the different type of idler frame, mainly used in mining transportation conveyors. We can provide 3D model design according to customer's requirements, and prepare necessary tooling jig and test mould according to technical requirements and specifications and tolerance accuracy requirements. The ITP, QP, WPS & PQR, WPQR, fabrication schedule, PSR will be used for project management and quality control management. The welding is done by CNC robot. The products can pass the 3D digital scHangZhou test.

We can offer the idler frames in Hot Dip Galvanized finish, then you do the other surface treatment as needed, such as painting, or powder coating, or other treatment. Or we can also do the painting finish directly before delivery. The packing way will be as our standard pack, if there is no special packing requirements. Or we can also do the packing as per client's request.

Our Facilities

We have the ability to produce light steel structures and do the product development.
